I am not saying I agree the TikTok banned.
The Supreme Court held it up. A new law would be needed to override it.
BOTH Biden and Trump have decided to not enforce a federal law. Which is their job.
You don't like the law repeal it.
It is fundamentally wrong with both parties just ignoring it.
