I was on familysearch.org and found a relative with the same name spelled differently in Baldwyn, MS and in Cleveland, OH. I asked my mom and she gave me the missing info.

Naw he wasn't taken seriously in Minnesota. Jimmy set a narrative and he never was this effective in Minnesota. Maturity and Mike Brown have a lot to do with his turn around
