Johnson wasn't a traitor, that includes allegiance to a foreign power. He just wanted to be Prime Minister and picked the position most likely to achieve that. If Cameron had been pro-Brexit Johnson would have been all in for Remain. He didn't care about the result, only his personal benefit.
