oh - do tell me more and let me know where I can help. Rewrote the whole thing now as a golang project, easier to port ?

Is it perfect? No. Still code execution in a container. But it's a step up from AI agents roaming your filesystem freely. Looking for feedback - is this useful? What's missing? github.com/jedi4ever/dclaude

dclaude = same commands, but in Docker. claude "refactor this" ↓ dclaude "refactor this" Claude only sees what you mount. Nothing else exists.

Patrick Debois @jedi.be · 01/02/2026
The problem: Claude Code can cd ../ wherever it wants. With worktrees, your production branch is one directory up. I've seen Claude "helpfully" fix things in the wrong branch. Not fun.

Patrick Debois @jedi.be · 01/02/2026
🐳 If you use Claude Code with git worktrees, you're braver than me. Just shipped "dclaude" - a containerized drop-in replacement that keeps Claude sandboxed to your current directory. github.com/jedi4ever/dclaude

Specs are becoming the new code. @jedi.be just dropped his insights on spec-driven development, and it's essential reading for anyone building with AI agents. The core insight? We're shifting from telling AI how to code to describing what we want built. Read the full piece: ainativedev.co/94af0c

Unstructured content is noise to most. To AI, it’s signal. READMEs, PRs, Slack threads — when systems learn with us, dev knowledge compounds. The teams that win won’t just build faster, they’ll learn faster. 🔗 Read the full post by @jedi.be: ainativedev.co/3du

For workshops I’d prefer running this in the cloud so I have control over the environment. Local cursor works but will always have that special local setup I need to understand in case of problems. Also local requires me to have it blessed as an allowed tool in an enterprt

Patrick Debois @jedi.be · 15/03/2025
Looking for something similar to Github Codespaces but to run Cursor. Any cloud dev environments tools/products that can do that ?

Codegen tooling is definitely on the rise. After that we'll see the rise of tools that check if it's actual good , usefull and runable code.

Really glad it resonated , gives me the energy to explore more. I'll definitely do my best to bring this to leadership also with more data. Though wording for that audience will need to be different.
