I wrote about SpaceX’s FCC application to launch up to 1 million data center satellites. Scientists are concerned that the project comes with severe environmental risks, including a buildup of orbital debris, lasting changes to the night sky, and damage to the ozone layer.

Legal battles last a long time even after a win. Kseniia Petrova’s visa status was reinstated by a federal judge as it originally stood, so it expires in two days. While a federal court can reinstate her status, only an immigration judge can allow her to stay. www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news...
