I’m glad for you. I unfortunately had a bad accident and 27 years later, still have a hard time even walking without pain. It makes it difficult for me to walk, ride, swim or anything else. The extra weight only amplifies my pain. Everyone does what works for them. Enjoy your Saturday.

I understand what you’re saying. Heading out in August for a 14 day cruise and all 3 of us are on GLP’s. My daughter asked me if I was actually going to enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean food and I said heck yes! Just much smaller portions. 🧆

I’ve been a Republican all my voting life. I was a small business owner and taxes were taking every last extra dollar I had. Until Trump came along and absolutely, could not vote for the guy. I’m an independent and I’ve always voted for the best candidate in the elections. I try to be respectful.
