It’s from my Renphro Smart Scale off Amazon, and the scale is only like $30! Honestly I highly recommend it, being able to track my progress has really helped when I was not seeing any visible changes in my body.

Interesting! I wonder if there would be a link. I was a voracious reader up until my smartphone though and at least for me, aphantasia didn’t have any noticeable effect on my enjoyment of written material.
