@wotcmatt.bsky.social is there rhyme or reason to determine when a set gets a copy token printed? I've noticed that it doesn't seem to have any correlation with how many cards create permanent copies.

A table that shows how many cards in the Magic the Gathering sets since March of the Machine create copy tokens and whether that set has copy tokens.

@tolariancommunitycollege.com probably not worth doing a whole video on, but would love to see a mention in the set preview that Reality Fracture marks the third set in a row where a main set card creates token copies but the main set doesn’t have copy tokens. Non-exhaustive examples:

I like the use of the card number, rarity, and set as the series denotation on these faux Harlequin Romance covers in the Secret Lair drop. They reference the last in universe non SLD printing of each card except Runaway Together which seems to indicate these were designed before Lorwyn Eclipsed.

It's a Magic the Gathering prerelease weekend so I had to reset my limited kits for the new set. The inspiration for this came from @edhijinks.com plug for @gamegenic.com products, also features @infinitokens.com. Full description in alt text.

I have two set up like this so I can lend one to my brother or friends who want to attend.

Contents include:

- 15 of each basic land sleeved
- 25 empty sleeves
- A few perfect fits
- +1/+1 D6s
- Regular D6s
- Ability keyword D6s
- 2 spin downs
- Ephemeral status markers for stun, goad, & exile from local company The Adventurer's Press
- Infinitokens & a dry erase marker
- The 4 eternal tokens (Clue, Copy, Food, & Treasure)

This is the 3rd creature with “Investigator” in the name (of 8) that doesn’t use the investigate mechanic. Only the 2nd to appear in a standard format, the other one was Arcane Investigator in 2021’s Adventures in the Forgotten Realms.
