it's a lot of 1) guessing which colors 2) zooming out to see if it still reads as the color i want it to be 3) turning on the black and white layer to see if values match 4) back to step one

i promise you that i'm doing SO much fiddling and testing and flipping the b/w layer on and off when i work on these things! it's less about naming which pastels to use as it is poking around the color wheel

it's a lot of trial and error! if you can turn on the black and white filter, it'll make more sense
