Has anyone in the US witnessed an Aurora? Should’ve been able to see it as low as Pennsylvania.

G3 (Strong) geomagnetic storm levels were reached at 15/0259 UTC (2259 EDT on 14 Sep) following the onset of increased solar winds from a coronal hole high speed stream.

Shall we dust off solutions to Fermi? Imagine that we just happen to evolve in a quarantined zone and we’re stuck with whatever the rest of the universe was trying to contain 🤣🤣 2 Billion LY mostly-void in comparison to 2.5 Million LY to the nearest galaxy Andromeda 🤯 #physics #wtf

A new study suggests that Earth may lie within a massive, matter-deficient region of space-called the KBC supervoid-spanning 2 billion light-years. This vast underdensity could help resolve the Hubble Tension, the puzzling mismatch in the universe's measured expansion rate.

I love how the announcement by the government encourages you follow them for more information 🤣🤣

Announcement by the US govt on monitoring social media feeds to discriminate against immigrants ironically encourages you to follow their accounts on social media 🤣

Can’t believe I’m just now seeing this. You’d think the country that invented super sized drinks and had a copyright on freedom would set the highest bar for protests… but France had us beat by a country mile and this isn’t the only example 🤣

I think we reunify on a message of reconstruction like the period after the civil war. We do need more than just opposition and resistance. We need a congress that will pass all this without compromise! Until then primary challenges. #Reconstruction2029 reconstruction2029.com/reconstruction

1. DO NOT VOTE FOR ANY REPUBLICAN NOMINEES OR BILLS!
2. DO NOT UNDERCUT MORE VOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS OR ORGS ON THE FRONT LINES!
3. HOST RALLIES, PROTESTS AND TOWN HALLS!!
* ESPECIALLY IN NEIGHBORING RED DISTRICTS
4. START PLANNING FOR RECONSTRUCTION
* RECRUIT NEW MEMBERS TO RUN IN RED DISTRICTS
* DRAFT DAY 1 CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
* DRAFT DAY 1 LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL LEGISLATION
* RECRUIT FIRED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES SO WE CAN REBUILD in 2029

Act Boldly! Because we’re fighting for:
* Universal Healthcare
* Equal Rights
* Education / Childcare
* Affordable Housing
* US Manufacturing / Green Jobs
* +100 other ways to improve the US

Temperature control is so much better than gas IMO. I’ve shaved about 5 minutes which is crazy for a dish like this. I’m also a very messy cook so broth doesn’t get caked on and is just a wipe.

I’m rewatching #Andor and I strongly encourage everyone to give it a go. It’s such a remarkable stand-alone story of hope while living through oppression. But it’s beautiful moments aren’t tropey, they are hard earned in a way that just stays with you. “That’s what a reckoning sounds like.”
