Very excited to share that our article with @hebagowayed.bsky.social is forthcoming in Iowa Law Review. It highlights how the T-visa process for immigrant survivors of human trafficking imposes significant burdens on survivors, especially as other legal avenues are narrowed. Will be up on SSRN soon!
