And if you're questioning what kind of sway WWE had with USCIS in the late 2010s, I have a July 2016 email that I got via a FOIA request where it was explicitly stated that they rubber-stamped WWE work visa petitions without question:

There is no labor organization that would cover WWE wrestlers, we have historically approved such petitions. On
another note, we have debated the following: "Is the beneficiary an athlete or entertainer?" This has been historically
debated and argued before, all the way to SCOPS. Answer from SCOPS: The beneficiaries are considered P-1A athletes,
not entertainers.
I routinely approve WWE petition for their wrestlers without question.

Denis,
Can you think of a labor org that would cover WWE Wrestlers?

Since WWE's trying to exploit PAC's death, it's time to talk about this: Remember how PAC suddenly had visa issues when AEW started? That's because, when the AEW trademarks were filed, WWE called USCIS to claim he walked out on his visa. After leaving him alone for a year and giving him his release.

Less than $500! Great thing about comics is spilling your guts on the page and hiding it underneath aliens, action, and amazing art. In the first 4 pages, though...this is all me. Write what you know, so...dumb brains and fighting them! Universal Champion #1 www.kickstarter.com/projects/158...

Watching Gable tonight just reminds me that's important that all athletes need to develop into well-rounded people beyond their discipline. Eventually, being a high-level competitor passes us all by and we have to be able to be passionate about something else. Life can't be all sport/all the time.

Got sucked into a Red Dragon vs Manhunter debate. Michael Mann > Brett Ratner every day. Manhunter is a Neo-noir classic while Red Dragon is a Silence of the Lambs cover band. Not even on the same level.

Now that I’ve cooked on it overnight, I think Ospreay/Omega is one of the best matches I’ve ever seen. Up there with Bret/Austin, Omega/Okada, Magnum/Tully.

"ESPN personality Pat McAfee released an album of original music on Friday. Critics say if the album is played backwards, the listener could hear hidden demonic messages. More worrying still, if the album is played forward, the listener could hear original music by Pat McAfee.

Mike Gilbert and I are walking way from our podcast because neither of us are having as much fun with this hobby. Continuing to cover something you don’t enjoy turns you into Bryan Alvarez. Never go full Alvarez.
