Finally looked into how a day's encounter is set up in my game prototype. I found that I hard coded the values in, depending on length of the encounter. Looks like I have to re-work it into an *actual* system now...

If I had to guess, I think it's either an Echinacea of some sort or maybe a Ganzia. I suppose I'd default to, "Is this either in the way of something I want to put there, or is it crowding out my other plants?" If your goal is a native-only yard, however, I'd rip it out.

One thing all this heat brings up: I found out one of the melons I planted is a bit on the dramatic side. Daily waterings and it still looks like it's drying out and wilting. Every evening it perks right back up, though. Too bad I planted it near tall plants. No shade covering with that.
