Any tips on how to solve when 2 projects want to become "The Standard" and in the end both are just 2 different ways of doing the same? We are currently facing that with OpenTelemetry Rust and Tokio/Tracing. Both have advantages and disadvantages, but it seems that merging the two won't happen 😔
