Life is like that too. If any one block in your life affects more than a 1/3 of your life… it’s gonna be there at the bottom when you’re cleaning up… and it’s not gonna really be possible to get ‘the kitchen’ clean until it’s addressed.

The secret to a clean kitchen: any used dish which fills more than 1/3rd of the sink must be washed immediately. This means pots, bowls, and especially colanders. Whenever you have to restore a thrashed kitchen, there’s always something a little too big in the sink, usually blocking the drain.

Re: the bidirectional causality of shifts in thinking or behavior… shift your thinking, your body changes. Change your body, your thinking shifts. Is it possible to change one without the other? *open invite for philosophical debate * #philosphysky #philosophy #freeyourmind #freeyourbody

Thank you! I created this in Adobe illustrator (by hand and from a dream/vision). Yes, I’m freelance but mostly creating out of that famous mysterious compulsion artists mention from time to time lol

Selfishly, our favorite looks of the night are usually the ones we think we would look good in as well. It is a reflection of cultural capital, we give importance to the concepts we recognize and understand.

fashion makes sense on the meta level that each particular ensemble represents a crystallized expression of human personality. Something to project our imaginations upon, creating characters to compare ourselves to aspirationally… if my life goes a certain way, that is who I become. #metgala

Picture this: spy movie (that is a critique of capitalism) that follows the life of a henchman who gets absolutely clobbered by “the hero” and explores the bitterness of recovery while still dependent on organized crime to survive… just an ordinary dude with no options who needed some quick cash

I just liked a bunch of posts relating to the Voyager Golden Record because it’s referenced quite a few times in this novel. You’ll have to read it to find out why. #voyager #goldenrecord #nasa

Like I really really hope you click the link, and just meet the characters in chapter one. If it’s not your thing, totally cool. If it is your thing, you’ll probably blow through all 250 pages in a night. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you! (Always happy to hear #bookreviews , positive or otherwise!)

Yea but could 100 men save a gorilla’s life? Could 100 men prevent the destruction of gorilla habitat? Like y’all gorillas are awesome, what did that gorilla do to deserve getting jumped? Like… what the hell y’all when did this 4am cocaine banter become mainstream discourse #savethegorillas
