🏃Children with HCM are far less active than recommended. In this multicenter 🇨🇦 study, only 12.5% achieved daily activity targets & ~4% reported regular moderate-to-vigorous exercise. We need better guidance that balances safety & lifelong🫀health. 🔗 bit.ly/4fd50yd
