What’s fascinating is how quickly Scottie went from being described as “boring” to being a huge draw for the game. I’m a fan of how he conducts himself on and off the course. I’ll root for the ethical “boring” guy all day long despite knowing that our views likely differ on many things.

I like Karine but JB was 100% in the wrong to backtrack on his claim to be a transitional president. I agree he was a good president but he was clearly not fit for a second term. We are paying the price for this error in judgement. I understand she had a job to do but she also took an oath.

Well no, it’s not the same. Since X monetizes users through ads, user base size is used to attract advertisers and increase ad revenue. That said, X likely inflates their size metric by weak policing of fake accounts. Or worse, endorsing them. Kinda pathetic. Don’t be pathetic. Delete it.

I agree, but hope the focus remains on the illegality of denying due process as guaranteed by The Constitution, rather than any single individual whose rights were deprived. It would suck if the message gets lost in the court of public opinion where most seem fine with what’s happening to these men.

It’s my understanding that Apple did not donate to Trumps inauguration but Tim Cook did as an individual. I’m pretty sure Tim Cook finds DJT reprehensible but as CEO of a publicly traded company he is obligated to act in best interest of shareholders. Same for Google and most other companies.

How the heck do you make it through your day? How many times do you need to have something explained to you? Catch & kill in the furtherance of interfering in the 2020 election. That happened. That’s against NY state law. It’s not grasping at straws or throwing things at the wall. It’s just the law.

Do tell us if you were as concerned for Michael Cohen, who was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment for his role in this very conspiracy in 2018? Or later, when then President Trump retaliated against Cohen by having him remanded back to prison after Cohen was granted early release? That happened.

I didn’t say Trump was convicted of making a hush money payment. I said fraud+conspiracy. Hush money was evidence supporting that he committed those crimes, not the crime itself. I also recommend that you find “legal experts” who aren’t ethically challenged. Dershowitz & Turley aren’t your guys.

I suppose Mr Trump can argue that on appeal. Until then, he’s a convicted felon. FACT. I suppose you also assume he’s not an insurrectionist, or guilty of sexual assault (FACT), or guilty of mishandling classified information, or guilty of obstruction of justice, etc. Time to find a new hero chief.

New York election law makes it illegal for "any two or more persons" to "conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means. Trump fraudulently paid to keep detrimental information from voters. Fraud+Conspiracy. Capisce?

Since Trump is a known liar & cheat, it’s natural to be suspicious of the outcome. Especially since he seemed to confess in advance to an unfair advantage (“I don’t need any more votes”). We still need evidence that the results were rigged.

Exit polling indicated that Trump was seeing bumps in typically democratic demographics. Not scientific but consistent with outcome. Are you unaware of these reports? I attended the hand audit in my county and it matched the computer tally. Not proof of a clean election but supports that conclusion.

What evidence is there that the vote was tampered with? Everything I’ve seen suggests that he actually won much to my dismay. Without facts that will withstand the scrutiny of the law, saying it was stolen is no more accurate than Trump’s lies about 2020.

It’s not helpful to spread misinformation. Satellites are not part of our election system so that is clearly not credible. Troubling accounts of voting system software being exposed illegally by GOP investigators in 2020 - yes. AFAIK, no verified malware discovered yet. However recounts are needed.
