I've done 4 races but I have my criticisms of their organization. I also find it hilarious that people who didn't know what Hyrox is are being introduced to it this way 😂💩

Hyrox has never been very well organized despite becoming insanely popular the last 2 years. The NYC race course is outside, and in 2024 they ran out of water in the 85+ degree heat at 12pm. When they knew the forecast days in advance.

It's an endurance race that mixes running with workout stations. It's a total of 8k of running and 8 different stations. It's the same format at every race globally. It's great for if you want to torture yourself for an hr+ 😂
