Definitely hit Root up! I'm a regular commissioner (like 5 of the characters on his sheet are mine, haha). He's a pleasure to work with, and pretty affordable. Gogogo! 💜

Here's a timeline, updated to last October, on JK Rowling's frankly baffling plummet into bigotry. www.them.us/story/timeli... There is no ethical consumption of Harry Potter. Period. #nonartpost

A black background with text that reads:
There is NO ethical consumption of Harry Potter.
JK Rowling views engagement with HP to be support for her views.
Those views include attacks on/funding against transgender people, women she doesn't consider female enough, intersex and asexual people, and even Scottish people.
Do not give her free advertising.

Also, I'm in multiple fanfic and fanart groups on Facebook, and I am... *so* tired of people advertising their HP slop. Usually with an AI image, too. I don't want to leave these groups, but blocking all those people has become a game of whack-a-mole.

Thank you. I'm sorry if I seem to be rubber-necking, but HP was my life as a kid — a story you've heard countless times now. And I like not being ignorant about issues affecting the queer community. Anyway, genderbending a HP character is so incredibly ironic and tone deaf. It is unreal.

Uh... What meme is everyone talking about? Don't post a screenshot — I don't want to spread it. But I WOULD like context to what everyone is getting heated about. All I know is it involves JKR or HP.

1) Bucky's metal arm reference. Feel free to simplify the design, I know it's a lot! 2) Bucky's shoulder/chest scars. 3) A cosplay reproduction of Bucky's arm. The shoulder area is wrong, but this is a good visualization overall. :>

Starscream, and his thinly veiled excuse to fuck his subordinate, Bonkus... 😏 For @bibbledeebo.bsky.social, drawn for @artfuck.bsky.social ! (Dialogue and no dialogue versions!) #aftoken #afengage #valveplug #Transformers #NSFWart #NSFW

Digital drawing by Jesse Bananasaurus. A Transformers original character named Bonkus lays on a cliff, while Starscream (a canon character) looms on top of him. The sun is beaming down on them. Both 'bots have erections, and are blushing blue in the cheeks. Bonkus' love-struck expression implies that he's into it.

Dialogue reads as follows:
Starscream: "I should beat the living spark out of you for your incompetence! Consider yourself fortunate you have other uses..."
Bonkus: "Yes, Starscream! Anything..."

Yes, that's the route I want to go — self-publishing. I'm not fond of Amazon, but I don't know of another company that would allow me to do so with as much ease. I've not researched distribution yet, no. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! DMs should be open.

A hill I'll die on: Illustrations in novels should come back. Adults like pictures, too! A few older books I have contain wonderful woodcuts or inked drawings. I think they enhance the experience. Not necessary, but classy.

I have so much art for my unpublished novella, and more coming! I just want to self publish an ebook with it all, or maybe a link to a self-hosted website. There's no way a prof publisher would take on such an expensive print for a nobody writer like me. 😔
