And now, Dragon Quest X Offline is out, it's been out for a while, actually. Still hasn't been released globally though Like deadass all they have to do is translate Dragon Quest X Offline instead of having to open global servers for Dragon Quest X Online. There would be no risk in doing so.

To an outsider, it seems like it's just a normal collab! To me it's a reminder that Square Enix really doesn't care about it's global Dragon Quest fans, because Dragon Quest X is the Only Dragon Quest game that hasn't been released outside of Asia.
