I just found out I was diagnosed with SPD 8 years ago, There's notes of my PCP saying like oh she walks on her toes she's super anxious and can't handle certain sounds and textures. I've always suspected I'm some kind of neurodivergent but nobody ever told me or looked further into any of this. 😭😭😭😭
