With May being Mental Health Awareness month, I wanted to take some time to focus on the games that help me at various stages in my mental health journey. Out of all the emotions and game highlights that came throughout the month, what were your favorites?

If you’ve been needing a win lately, you’re not alone 🤍 What games make you feel accomplished?

jayusdraws | COMMS OPEN @jayusdraws.bsky.social · 25/05/2026

I love games that give me room to figure things out--like a puzzle! Each playthrough leads me to solve this game in a slightly different way each time, and I love being able to look at how well I’ve filled up the map after exploring! store.steampowered.com/app/2231190/…

I love these little particular shapes so much! Whether I take this all in one playthrough or hop between levels and locations, figuring out how to seat everyone is always so fun! And Nat’s story reminds you to go for your dreams!! store.steampowered.com/app/3035120/…

There’s something really comforting about small wins. Completing one task, finishing one quest, making progress little by little… sometimes it reminds me that progress in real life doesn’t have to happen all at once either. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #indiegames #cozygames #cozygamer #gamergirl
