#throwbackthursday to this pair of seasonal fairy shoes I painted YEARS ago. It's got me in the mood to doodle some more fairies! Couldn't fit spring on so will drop her in the comments! #fairies #fairy #shoes #paintedshoes #seasonal

Shows a hand painted shoe posed on some rocks, lace and flowers. On the shoe is a painting of a peony, two small fairy children are curled up asleep inside. They are surrounded by bluebells.

Image shows a single high heeled shoe posed on some lace with a sunflower. The shoe is handprints with an autumnal looking fairy. She has a crown of oak leaves and is surrounded by orange flowers.

Image shows a single high heeled shoe posed on some lace with rocks and a flower, the shoe is handpainted with the image of a winter fairy, she is looking up and snowflakes are falling. She wears a fur lined blue dress and is surrounded by snowdrop flowers and white winter berries.

What are your best tips for growth on Bluesky? I'd love to hear what works for you. I've been here for a few weeks now, I would love to continue to grow! My painting Coral Legs, for the algorithm. #help #art #follow #bluesky #advice #legday #fish #coral

An oil painting showing a birds eye view of womens legs and feet in a bathtub, the bath is filled with colourful coral and many bright colourful fish. In her hands she holds a natural loofah and the other hand plays with some strands of seaweed.

It finally happened, my art was accused of being AI. Felt weirdly proud as AI, for all its evils is usually to a pretty high standard (as long as no hands are involved!) So here's a painting of me painting, AI free zone here... #noai #art #handdrawn #downwithai

One of my weirder paintings that I happen to love. Baby Centaur is exactly what it says, a baby centaur in the womb. Let me know what you think! jaytaylorartetsy.etsy.com/listing/1862... #fantasyart #Baby #centaur #womb #art #weirdart #weird

This one caused some debate. Some people loved the joyous chaos - some people said the little pixie boy is terrifying and it put me off finishing it! What do you think?!

The Lake Siren. One of my first oil paintings, she is flawed but beautiful I think. I'd do everything differently today I think...she's recently found a new home in the states. #mermaid #Siren #Lake #koi #oilpainting #art

Throw back to when I painted shoes. This was my favourite pair. They were for a wedding and featured birds of the Brides native South Africa (some superb starlings, bee eaters and lilac breasted rollers) #birds #shoes #paint #art

QPR with your artwork and share what other passions/jobs/hobbies you have. I work in a school doing speech and language support, which is never dull! In addition to painting, i like making sculptures from cardboard!

My painting Resting Place. Featuring one of my favourite birds, the Lilac breasted roller! #bird #birdart #lilacbreastedroller #acrylicpainting #artsky

A painting on a circular canvas with a bright and colourful background in yellows and greens. In the foreground, a colorful bird (a lilac breasted roller) sits atop a human skull, partially buried in moss.
