Been patiently waiting for my #Surface Pro 7 to show up. But after it got delayed/lost in Indianapolis for 3 days it has now had some more USPS magic happen to it again. It left GR this morning and checked in at TC. Somehow it's GR again at 6pm on the same day. #USPS #tracking

Well that upgrade to #Fedora 43 isn't going so well. Seems to have messed up the display and pen drivers. So no journal today as I'm going back to 42 and the proper Surface Linux Kernel. We'll see if that fixes things or if this screen is finally acting up. #linux #surface

I've pretty much got the Surface Pro 4 all set up the way I like it. Upgraded to Fedora 43 today. The only problem is that the Surface Linux Kernel hasn't been updated yet, so I'm running the latest 42 version to access all the features. Journal post coming later tonight. #linux #fedora #desktop

Welp, you may be wondering how I got here. Yep you're right, I messed up an install of Fedora 43 KDE so bad that it borked my partition tables and deleted the Windows boot. In my attempt to repair the install grabbed the wrong USB and totally ended up wiping everything. Guess I get a fresh PC now. 🤔
