Isn't part of the issue that Vets are all trained on how to put an animal down & have access to the proper meds to do so, but most Dr.s don't want to be executioners & so states often have less trained staff who might not have the proper dose/meds for what they are doing?

After the 1st sentence I was concerned that the essay would be like some things radtrads & fundies said after she died. Like I could believe WoF would damn people for being nice to the wrong people & showing cleavage. Happily suprised that the rest of the post was they can write fluff.

Perot was much closer to the size of a 7 year old, so more relatable for the in elementary school crowd.

THIS!!! It's one thing in places with good, cheap, & plentiful mass transit to give up cars, its another thing for everyone else. I could walk to work,it would talk me 1 hour each way & would involve busy roads. A bus make take as long & only works for 1st shift where I am.

The truck is only important if its an integral part of your story of being chased by the cops for your illegal moonshining that you do because you're dirt poor & you have a sickly relative that needs meds you can't affort!

There are people who were Republicans before tRump who are 100% opposed to anyone that calls themselves a Republican now. They might still consider themselves a conservative and even they hate Republicans.

I too liked trying to learn languages as a kid. But insisting that let kids read reading level appropriate books is making them stupid, really changes the feel of things. (Not that a 12 year old couldn't be at a college reading level, but that didn't sound like a factor to him.)

Who bets the middle schooler forced to read Shakespearean English & Koine Greek grows up with a lifetime love of learning & reading? 2/2

OMG: person on religious group posted about how are parents teaching their kids Early modren English if they don't read only the KJV, as modren education is too dumbed down. I joked that they should be reading scrolls in Greek & Hebrew. His response was yes, he's teaching his 12 year old Greek. 1/2

The 5 Simpsons lines I’ve uttered most off the top of my head: 1. Everything's coming up Milhouse. 2. HA HA 3. Won't anyone think of the children!!! 4. Oh, they'll have tabouli. 5. Stupid sexy Flanders!

And that manipulation is part of why no contact/low contact is growing now. It's hard when its a case of "my parent is a horrible parent, but no one else seams to see that." But now there is objective proof any rational person would agree with that the parent is a bad person.

Given the number of serious answers already judged, I want to say Biff (from "Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal" by Moore), but realisticly my joke/not actually a joke answer is Monty Python.

The Spanish Inquisition straight up refused to even try witches after 1492. Sure Germany, even when it was Catholic, has history with being really into witch hunts, but most of the famous witch trials are civil trials in Protestant lands.

Given that you can be a Senator for weeks with no realistic proof of life, I say YouTube Max should still have time for his show, just make him place a newspaper with the date next to the Pokémon in the background.

It's not like it was "Madame Bovary", teens got told they were going to read a book about an affair & got Puritans being Puritans with no spice in the entire book, somehow making a book on illegal sex boring & sexless.

But he told the wife. Unless the man gave explicit instructions for his wife to be told, the bishop either broke church rules to tell her (and not the authorities) or wasn't stopped by religious rules in telling.
