Once we knew what to look for, it was quickly fixed. 000

Generative AI has generally been disappointing, almost always producing code that doesn’t work. But we’ve had better luck when using it for debugging, adding type hints to unhinted code, or writing tests. 110

They take common wolf DNA (which is fairly close to dire wolf DNA), use crispr to edit it where they differ into dire wolf DNA, and implant it into a surrogate wolf. How is that not a dire wolf? 000
