Can’t recommend the Opal app enough. With the Netflix “Adolescence” conversations being sparked in recent weeks - this app is a fantastic solution for all ages to curb one’s phone usage. Yes adults…for us too 🙃 I use the Opal app mainly for social media restricting and it works.
