If a company fails to protect your personal data, they should be held accountable. LB 241 makes that nearly impossible, shielding big corporations while leaving Nebraskans vulnerable to fraud. Our job is to protect people, not make it easier for corporations to get away with negligence. #NELeg

Day 1 of peeing in public bathrooms under the second Trump administration and after an EO that erases trans people from federal definitions of sex and gender. I've been a very vocal and very out trans person for the last 18 years, and I was nervous in a way I haven't been in a long time. (1)

Attending a Public Health student's dissertation defense is always a nice way to end a busy week. This one focused on LGBTQ+ health within Nebraska and the needs of medical students to learn about LGBTQ+ health.
