Please donate to this fund supporting families at Lucy Laney in North Minneapolis. March 1st is right around the corner and they NEED your support 💖 Givebutter.com/lucy-laney

Image of Lucy Laney Elementary with text that reads “The recent rise in immigration raids is creating lasting hardship for families in our community. With March 1st approaching, many families are facing rent and utility bills without steady income. Some parents have been detained and others have been unable to work out of fear - leaving households without their primary providers. The impact won’t end quickly. Missed work and mounting bills mean families need continued support to stay stable and together. All funds raised go directly to families in the Lucy Laney School community”

via @gothessmpls.bsky.social 🚨‼️ “A Bail & Legal Defense fund has been set up here, Venmo or CashApp : @TCSwoletariat Direct Venmo if you prefer: @jeffreymyhre Thank you so very much. We keep us Safe, Jeffrey”

Another of our beloved community members are in need of support. Please share and if you have the means to donate, please do!

Please help us get Linden out of jail following ICE’s continued horrific violence in our streets.

On the morning of January 24th 2026, our dearest Linden was taken by ICE. Shortly after showing up to help our community in desperate need, they were thrown to the grown, pepper sprayed and taken to the federal Whipple Building.

Expecting to be released that evening, they instead have been transferred to the Sherburne County Jail and are now bieng falsely being charged with and accused of things they did not do.

Linden reamins strong and certain they will beat these bogus federal charges, but we could use some help with bail to get them released as soon as possible.

It’s unclear what lays ahead, and I will update with more information as I receive it

A Bail & Legal Defense fund has been set up here,

Venmo or CashApp : @TCSwoletariat
Direct Venmo if you prefer: @jeffreymyhre

Thank you so very much.

We keep us Safe,

Jeffrey

A GoFundMe link is also coming soon to help with support for their bail.s

Hey friends. Could you help a biker friend of mine out? Venmo/CashApp: SweetNovemba PayPal: www.paypal.com/paypalme/sup...

Image of a mutual aid post from a friend that says “MUTUAL AID REQUEST: $0/800 to cover rent

This is me trying to be better about being vulnerable and asking for help when I need it. I'm in the midst of a 4-week gap where I have no income (the one downside of being a freelance educator). I'm hoping to raise enough to cover my rent for the month until my summer programming begins at the end of this month. Anything helps and as always, I deeply appreciate everyone who even sets eyes on this

PayPal is linked

Cannot express my excitement for this more. 😍

Image of Talisk, the band, in front of a gold and orange sun with a caption that reads:

FRIDAY HEADLINER ANNOUNCEMENT

Talisk will be at Irish Fair of Minnesota on Friday, August 8th as our first headliner of the weekend! Talisk has been tearing apart stereotypes and redefining the folk genre for almost a decade. Wielding instruments that have rarely seen the likes of their music, the Scottish trio of Mohsen Amini (concertina), Benedict Morris (violin) and Charlie Galloway (guitar) have earned major awards for their explosively energetic sound, including five between BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio Scotland, and two highly coveted BBC Alba Scots Trad Music Awards.

Never afraid to push musical boundaries, or test the live production capabilities of just three people (yes, it’s all live), there’s captivating a crowd, and then there’s Talisk.

3 days until tickets go on sale for Irish Fair of Minnesota. WHO'S EXCITED!?

FARTs (feminism appropriating radical transphobes) trying to gain a foothold in MN ice hockey. Don’t let them. Report the petition for violating change(dot)org’s community guidelines

Shows change.org petition heading that says “advocate to protect biological females in Minnesota Women’s Hockey Leagues”

An orange circle around the “Report a policy violation” link under the body of text on the change.org petition.

Shows the options for reporting abuse on Change.org after clicking on the reporting link, in this example the options “violating change.org’s community guidelines” and then “hate or discrimination” under violation type, is chosen.

Put yet another one in the tally for why most social media and ai rules enforcement/implementation sucks. Trad music artists playing public domain music getting mass flagged and demonetized, well known artists at that. #tradmusic
