State medical board records have some amazing stories. Take this one. PA applies for a license in NC, submits license documentation. States she had changed her name, provides documents. Sounds legit. Licensed approved. Turns out, SHE STOLE ANOTHER PA’s identity?! License summarily suspended.

Small, retrospective study evaluating CPAP for secondary prevention of CVD after AMI. As expected, long-term adherence to CPAP (>4 hours per night) is associated with 50% decreased risk of recurrent MACCE. I suspect impact on #htn control may drive effect. Need for larger and prospective studies.
