In Austin,TX, the ICE goons side-swiped an undocumented DoorDash driver,Wilbur Garcés Pérez,in order to apprehend him. During the maneuver, they shot him in the back (now explain that, Markwayne),where the bullet lodged high near the thoracic spine. He was taken to the local level I trauma center.
