Ah cool, sorry… just a bit sensitive about human skills being properly valued 💜

Please don’t compare paying someone, with skills you don’t (currently!) have, for their time & expertise to make something bespoke for you with paying to learn those skills and then taking your own time to make the thing. It’s not just the material cost, people’s time & training should be valued!

I don't know what it is about art, in particular, that has so many people feel like they are being gatekept from it. I mean, it is one of the most accessible things in the world! You just grab any scrap of paper, something that can make marks on it, and --boom-- you can do art.

Housing should be fairer for everyone. But our research has found that Black and Black Mixed heritage people continue to face discrimination when trying to secure a social home. 🚧🏠 Urgent action is required to tackle this deep-rooted problem.

People of colour, particularly black communities, are disproportionately affected by the housing emergency.

Demand a fairer housing system.

At the close of World Book Day last night, I felt the absolute joy and privilege of having a safe, warm, bed and a great book to read in it 💜 With all my heart I wish this for every earthling 🕊️
