Divided? On sex trafficking and pedophilia? There’s no pardon for that.

Excerpt from the Reuters article stating, “Some members of the U.S. House Oversight Committee are open to the possibility of a presidential pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell…if it would enable her to share information for its probe into Jeffrey Epstein. Chairman of the Committee, James Comer said and is pictured.

If you haven’t listened to Nicholas Britell score’s of Moonlight and If Beale Street Could Talk, you should. Exquisite/Gorgeous bodies of work. Once I start Beale Street, the whole album runs a few times over. #music #filmsky #blacksky #classical #score #soundtrack #album

Learned about this in AP U.S. History in 11th grade and never forgot it. It being repealed in 1999 is what, ai believe, largely lead to the bubble burst/recession we faced in 2008 and subsequently has never truly recovered. We need this back. #econsky #history #elizabethwarren

Text: Banking Act of 1933 (Glass-Steagall)
June 16, 1933

The Glass-Steagall Act effectively separated commercial banking from investment banking and created the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, among other things. It was one of the most widely debated legislative initiatives before being signed into law by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in June 1933.

Watching 355 Diane Kruger also should have an Oscar; she’s given versatile performances in multiple languages. Need more female ensembles like this and Oceans Eight. I need to write something with Kruger and Elizabeth Debicki playing sisters or cousins. #filmsky #women #oscars #writing

A scene from the film “355” where where, in a safe house living area, starting left to right: Penelope Cruz in the corner, Diane Kruger in front of the orange couch pointing a gun at Jessica Chastain, and behind her in front of the safehouse door, Lupita Nyong’o.

Stretch Further To the very edge Every cliff beholds the fall The wonder overlooking yonder Crisp breath and misty air Brittle and meek Delicious and sweet Innocent Oh, Innocence The virtues we must seek From the divine all our life Stretch Further To the very end Alpha and Omega Amen

A group of alike flowers, uncertain of what type, but they have thin red petals like tendrils with tips on the ends. Reminds me of poinsettias. Took photo on front yard of my aunt and uncle’s house.
