Omg. I hope he really left a series of desperate, unhinged voice messages à la the scene in Swingers. And I hope Iran releases the voicemails. Please. PRETTY. PLEASE.

BRAM STOKER’S DRACULA (1992) is movie 12 of the Halloween scary/horror movie daily (most days) (re)watch. I didn’t like it when I saw it back then. Now I’ve rewatched many times. It’s so close to being brilliant. Reminds me of older horror movies. The way it abruptly ends for example. 1/2

- Are you not the winter caretaker of the Overlook Hotel who went insane, killed the cook with an axe & then froze to death in the outdoor hedge maze while chasing your son in a homicidal craze? - Sir, I believe you are referring to the movie version of the fictional character Jack Torrence.

Walter Grayson Possum transported himself from 1895 to the present day in 2026 thanks to his invention of a Time Machine. His expression caught here shows how distraught he was upon learning of the current state of affairs in the world generally and in the United States of America specifically.

Drive This is an album, like many other REM albums, I can listen to from beginning to end. Drive just happens to be the first track. And when I listened to the album for the first time, that first track hooked me. John Paul Jones did the strings, orchestral arrangements. That was just cool.

- Are you not the former NBA guard who played college basketball at Michigan State University, who went on to play in the NBA for 14 years winning a gold medal at the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics & a championship with the San Antonio Spurs in 2003? - Sir, I believe you are referring to Steve Smith.

- Did you not used to work for Saturday Night Live and write nonsensical short stories that after a sketch would scroll up shortly before commercial breaks with soft, pleasant music playing in the background in the 1980’s to early 1990’s? - Sir, that was Jack Handy.

The Last Emperor An epic. Kid born as a god king, relegated to a footnote in history. Oh yeah, based on the real person’s autobiography so go into it knowing that. Still a visually stunning movie.

The truth hurts. When you hold up a mirror to MAGA, which has turned the GOP into a White Supremacist Nationalist Fascist Party, and they’re confronted with the fact that whites are the majority use those pesky socialist safety net programs, it destroys they’re whole narrative. Heh

This. It has always been this. A sitting American president did this. And because he did this, he should have been convicted and put behind bars. And the fact that we never held him accountable for these crimes will forever stain this country. And we may never recover from it.👇
