it’s not that it’s top tier broken its that it’s too easy for how strong/oppressive it is to like half the weapons in the game and unlike .52/.96 where i think is due to lack of strong checks with dynamo i think its stats are too high. i see no healthy metagame where dynamo is above mid tier.

i wasn’t playing comp for that so i only have what other ppl say abt it, i think there is an argument to be made that at least some of the mpu abusers (cds, bamboo, nozzlenose) at least have a somewhat high skill ceiling, but i can only say maybe bc i wasn’t there lol
