The Bills had 410 yards of offense today -- the most by any team against the Texans defense since the start of last season. 84th percentile offensive performance by Buffalo, in terms of EPA per drive. 10 real possessions, and they only punted twice.

Kinnear made himself accountable for transfers with the structure he advocated of no sporting director but a committee reporting to him. There is no question that this structure failed in this window and has left the squad perilously thin. He took the big chair now he has to accept accountability.

Agreed. Kinnear had his two summer windows - his structure and set up failed. He needs to go and Hammond with him. Everton need a DoF that gets the club and sets the identity of the type of players and how the team will play. Hopefully that is Cox since he’s already here. Change is needed now!
