My room-mate and I both lost our job contracts, and it doesn't look like there are going to be any renewals. Unfortunately utilities will be due soon and we're strapped. I've started a Ko-Fi and will be putting up a com sheet soon - I hate to ask, but if anyone is able: ko-fi.com/jasonsschnei...

Finally, here's the next in my expanding list of Mythicons: the gruesome Grootslang, the leader of the African team! An Adse, Nini Nanka, and Popobawa will follow. I didn't get to his tech specs, but his motto is "If you want power, don't collect servants, collect favors. Debtors rarely revolt."

Reminder Superman is not a power fantasy, he's an altruism fantasy. The idea of someone with godlike powers using them solely for good (with an antagonist who is a billionaire, who by definition do the opposite) was dreamt up by Jewish kids in the 30s and its just as if not more relevant now.

Transforming Piasa bird anyone? Here's the leader of the North American Mythicon squad, and the first new art I've done in months! I tried to integrate a tech spec and more about her character. I'm hoping splitting up the modes helps the images stand out better! #transformers #maccadam #beastwars

Winged robot with deer antlers, fangs and tusks where the eyes should be,

If you see this, post a #Transformer Wait - I could have been using hashtags the whole time? Lesson learned! Well, I hope Primal's batty Transmetal cousin counts.

Now that I've got most of my Beast Wars-inspired stuff up, here's my more mecha-inspired work.

Now that the South American team is up, here are the North American Mythicons - minus their leader, which is going to be a Piasa Bird and is in progress.

Since I'm starting again on Bluesky, I might as well re-introduce the bunch. These are the Mythicons, inheritors of a post-Beast Wars earth and servants of a cosmic entity that they refer to as "the Perfection." This is the South American Squad mostly based on Aztec myths:

Happy to say I sold out of these again at TFCon this past weekend. This continues to be an image that means a lot to people, and I don’t plan on retiring it any time soon.
