I think the vertical one accentuates the wide angle better and really “sucks” in the viewer. It draws me in immediately and onto that beautiful back light bursting through. The horizontal one doesn’t have that impact as much, for me at least.

Grand View There’s a quick lil snow dump today at Yosemite but alas, I couldn’t go. I was reminiscing scenes I’ve seen in the past and this one is still one of my favorites. This is probably one of my earliest shots I took almost more than a decade ago. When it snows in Yosemite, it is truly magic.
