Last year we we're waiting for the downfall of Xbox....no one noticed Playstation speed running through every hurdle imaginable to their doom...

Aside from a few minor pacing issues...im genuinely struggling to remember why i hated Quantum of Solace all those years ago.... #jamesbond

Im still not sure how sold i am on this. Im hoping for a demo..it looks like a really fun, silly arcade racer...but that price tag is big for a game that also looks like it could just be a mobile game like the asphalt series

Ive been burnt way too many times by shoddy sequels too go glazing a sequel like a honey roast ham

Watched the revist documentary of it recently amd dayum. Seeing David macallum light up talking about joanna lumley was like seeing a guy remember his first crush

Mackenzie Crook knocking it out the park yet again. A master of the mundane, has you smilling like an idiot one minute, hit in the feelings at another, all while making wholesome magic #SmallProphets

Hell, i aint even asking much more than switch up the font from "generic MS word Font' to something a bit more artsy. FH6 could use a brush stroke font a painting transition and id be happy. Just use fonts & transitions that fit the feel of the game. Not for a dishwasher manual #gaming #petpeeve

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

Im getting really sick of games still have bland, quickly typed huds, that look like theyve been thrown out last minute. Why are beautiful, arty, well designed Huds only relegated to Turn based games? #petpeeve #gaming

I've been a bit of an arse towards God of War '18 over the years. 8yrs on its probably time for a replay & to see if i was a bit too harsh on it. #GoW #Godofwar #gaming

So... HighGuard is out today...does anyone know if the devs know, or do you thinknlike everything theyve been kept in the dark and Geoff Keighly snuck into their office during lunch and launched it himself? #HighGuard

Nothing drags me out of a film or tv show quite like the wilhelm scream. I can acept shitty cgi, some.cheesy scripts, and a hell of alot more...but christ does hearing that wail make my eyes roll more than a footless pig down the side of mt fuji.

Because micros are everywhere. It comes off of the packaging their feed is stored & shipped in, micros are in the water they drink. there's nothing in this world that hasnt come into contact with microplastics...microplastic isn't just a sea borne pollutant...

Dick Van Dyke recently reached 100 years old. In the last month a surprising number of celebrities have passed away...im not saying theres a connection but.. lets just keep an eye out for what happens when David Attenborough turns 100...

I forgot how much of a fun, silly, surprisinly decent adaption, action film this was...and i wont lie...some of the cgi has held up really well....other cgi does look like its been done in MS paint however... #TombRaider #LaraCroft

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 12/12/2025

Unified Lara feels like a badass....she also however reminds me heavily of Claudia Black's run as Chloe Frazer in uncharted. (Not a bad thing at all but its going to make me wish for another chloe game constantly) #TombRaider #TombRaiderCatalyst

The forest scene in #Frankenstein is probably one of my favourite scenes in any movie. Its so full of colour,so vibrant & even when its a littered with the dead its a forest filled with life. It reflects the creature being born from the dead so well. Powerful Simplicity. @realgdt.bsky.social

As much as i love Guilermo takin on known IPs like Frakenstien, Pinnochio,Nightmare Alley and hellboy. I cant wait to see him return to his own original concepts & Stories, theres a magic there that just feels so uniquely Guilermo @realgdt.bsky.social #TheDevilsBackbone #GuilermoDelToro

Its weird how people have a whole craze about 'what gives you the ick' and yet..when theres a bonafide creep around, they dont even acknowledge it....

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 09/10/2025

Wild how just a few years ago everyone was ranting and raving about how one of the best parts of red dead is that it lets you seek vengence on a group of nobs. Yet...now its suddenly taboo...neo-Nobs have gotten far too comfortable if people dont wanna offend them...

000

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

Pay an extortionate price for 2 services they'll never use. You want to make ultimate attractive? Then offer discounts to Ubi+, Fornite Crew, & other things. There's shooting yourself in the foot, and then theres aiming a bazooka at your feet...ive never know a brand so gun-ho at destroying itself

110

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

You want Xbox everywhere, you want your games on every platform, in as many hands as possible. So why, why, in one swift move, price out most of your customers from your biggest selling point? Hardware is not your focus, but GP is...& youve just destroyed that buy forcing people to either cancel or

100

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

GP was never going to be sustainable on its own two feet, reason why PS+ is a tad shit, Sony knows it's not a good business model to commit to. Hopefully, the mass exodus & backlash will get Xbox changing their tune about this whole xbox everywhere scheme & phasing out hardware, but it's doubtful.

000

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

I just don't get it..like Gamepass is their money maker, its their main focus, its their selling point...and they go and immediately dismantle years of hard work with stupid price hikes.. Put a discount on fortnite crew and Ubi+ for ultimate members, but dont force it on everyone who doesnt want it

120

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 26/09/2025

Oh, look, someone twisting the facts....most SA is performed by white british men... but to your ears, that's just two tier policing and a giant conspiracy theory that the police are only arresting white men.. .

100

Jason @jasoncain.bsky.social · 26/09/2025

The problem is, you can make as much noise as you want about this, and reform supporters will still blindly ignore it or try to twist it in a way that works for their propaganda machine
