So.. Facebook has become a piece of crap overnight. To be clear, its not been a good platform for a long time, but I could at least get descent engagement with my posts about my work and hobbies.. until yesterday. I am now limited to just 2 posts with links in them per month. Look at this bullshit

A chart showing facebooks subscription scam to get creators to pay to post links. On a "free" account, you get 2 posts with links. Same if you only pay $15. At $50 you get 8 links. At $150 you get 20, and at $500 per month you get unlimited links.

20 Year old me was in college, having just changed majors into Architecture. I would be absolutely floored to learn that I would spend the next 30 years making games professionally and living on the west coast. None of that was even something I dreamed about back then.

Omen Dice always wound if the roll low (unless the check is Harmless, then they Strain). Risky rolls cause Strain if the check fails. You can Strain and Wound on the same roll, if its risky, you fail the check, and roll an Omen Die whose result is equal to the Act or less.

And, I should note, it's made me a better fan. I can recognize that not every Trek is for me, but still appreciate its addition to the family. It's ok to like some parts of a franchise and not care for others. It's ok to let others love the parts you don't like. Trek is a big fandom. That's ok.

Star Trek has been a companion my entire life, from reruns of Original show when I was a kid, Next Gen in my teens, Deep Space 9 in college, and today with Strange New Worlds. It's made me think, laugh, and cry more times than I can count. Live Long and Prosper Trek... Here's to 60 years of trek!

Could not be happier with an 8.3 average rating on Board Game Geek! If you have not had the chance, pick up Pathfinder Quest asap. There are limited quantities still floating around if you missed out on the crowdfunder! I know we still have some on the Paizo webstore!
