Hello…my son Jack is finishing his undergrad in a few weeks. He wants to jump directly into a PHD program. It seems like the job market for that profession is pretty bleak. My dad instinct is get him to look at alternatives, but on the other hand I don’t want to ruin his dream. Thoughts?
