i tried fixing his finger 🫠 people who can draw ppl playing guitar well, you have my respect :'D #jastxart

A painting of @meowytart.bsky.social 's original character Damien playing high notes with a pick/plectrum on the BC Rich Avenge Son of a Beast electric guitar.
He plays the guitar while looking at you and the audience of skeletons (shown by their hands at the bottom of the canvas in the background as silhouettes) with a thrilled expression. In the background are orange flames, which are also reflected on his flame-shaped glasses.
Damien wears a shirt featuring album art belonging to Becoming The Archetype's album Dichotomy, which looks like a screaming detached head connected to cables from all around. Majority of it is obscured by the electric guitar.
In this version, the joints of his right index finger (the one holding the pick) have been fixed, so it properly connects to his palm.

Painted by Jasmint with Krita.

Got an email from ArtStation about them finally trying to do something about unauthorised AI scraping. This is several years too late...

A screenshot of an email from ArtStation in the original poster's inbox.
It reads:
ArtStation should be the best place for professional artists to showcase their work, connect with opportunities, and get discovered. We’ve heard your feedback where we’ve fallen short on AI and we’re taking concrete steps to keep human creativity front and center while protecting your portfolio.

Starting today, protection against AI training is enabled for ArtStation users by default. Here’s what’s changing:

NoAI Tag by Default: The NoAI tag is now automatically turned on for all new uploads, as well as past work across existing profiles.
Proactive Scraping Protection: We’re expanding our partnership with Cloudflare to leverage advanced bot-management tools, blocking unauthorized AI crawlers at scale.

We’ve updated our Terms of Service to reflect these changes.

This is just our first step toward improving discovery and keeping ArtStation focused on supporting human artists. Check out the full announcement for more details.

Best,
The ArtStation Team

Winter's almost over so here's a sketchy Icy 🧊 #ffxiv #wol #digitalart #sketch #art #jastxart

A shaded sketch of Icypole Baguette, an Elezen Warrior of Light from Final Fantasy 14.
He stands on an icy peak/plateau of sorts near the edge confidently, with his back to the viewer but his head turned towards you. His left arm is bent and hidden behind the rest of his body, while his right arm rests by his side in a slightly tense manner. His legs are spread slightly apart, and his cape is blown slightly to the left to reveal this.
Around him are glowing ice shards pointing outwards that bear resemblance to the ice sprites in Final Fantasy 14, as he himself is one. In the background are faintly visible mountain peaks, and also a slight snowstorm in the foreground that is implied he is in full control of.
To the right of the character is cursive writing that says "Icy." with a watercolour-esque style. The entire piece has purple and blue colours on a light grey background.

I used to do a thing where I'd redraw Fierce Deity Link every year because I was a huge fan of his design :'D Missed a few years but there's finally something new! #drawthisagain #meme #jastxart

A picture that says "Draw this again! @jasmint.space" at the top, showing various redraws of Fierce Deity Link from 2015-2026. The art style goes from painterly to painterly and lined, to fully painterly again.
All paintings in a portrait orientation simply show him staring at something or the viewer, and the landscape versions show him doing an action pose.

A painting of Fierce Deity Link from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask standing in the final boss room holding his two-handed sword with one hand, balancing it on his back/shoulders. He glares at the viewer with a stern expression, as though you're the final boss of the game.

A painting of @cherrykajli.bsky.social 's original character Kian (Final Fantasy 11 version). He is a male Mithra wearing the drachen mail set (artifact armour) and wielding the legendary Gungnir, a well-known polearm that looks a bit like a blue and silver trident.
Warm light like sunlight is cast from the right side, while a cool lime green like that of his hair acts as a secondary light in the back. He holds Gungnir in a defensive position with a stern expression on his face, and tail up straight.

Painted as an attack for ArtFight 2026 as part of team mystery with Krita.

A shaded and coloured style sketch of @ultimateillusion.bsky.social 's Final Fantasy 11 character Asteriaa, a male Elvaan white mage.
He is smiling while stretching out his hand casting some kind of cure spell, presumably for you.

Painted by Jasmint with Krita.

A painting of a male Viera warrior of light from Final Fantasy 14 named Carrot Cruncher resting on a grassy field on a pink and white picnic blanket. Carrot rests his head on his hands while laying on his back, and around him are his carrot plushes: two smaller ones on the left, one with a smile and one with a tired face, and one larger one on the right with an aggravated face.
Carrot is wearing the green acolyte's robe from the game, with dark brown/black leather thighboots.
Framing the painting are tree branches, leaves and white flowers. The flowers are in full bloom, and flower petals are scattered all over the piece, including on Carrot himself.

Painted by Jasmint with Krita.

Digital painting of an underwater scene where @streisaurin.bsky.social's sona dives for a fine ammonite on the sea floor. The sand oddly swirls around the ammonite, and bubbles appear to be floating from the bottom of the ammonite...

Thank you so much Hoyori for hosting this artshare, and to @kinghomeless17.bsky.social for the tag! :DDD ArtFight was great fun this year hehe :D here's some of my attacks made for Team Mystery! ✨ also whew how is it August already o-o; lol

A painting of @digic300.vanadiel.network 's Final Fantasy 11 character Biggmann, a male Tarutaru who is always seen wearing a chocobo masque, and a dancer outfit. The view is from a low angle of him, where he stands menacingly with his hands on his hips as he looks down on you. In the background are orange flames, which also light him from below to add to the menacing appearance. The chocobo masque has a shadow below the beak to give the optical illusion of a smile.

Painted by Jasmint with Krita for ArtFight 2026 as part of Team Mystery.

A painting of @ressscremsatvoid.bsky.social 's sona, a tigress, who stands against a muted sky blue background with a few light specks that look a bit like ice or snow. She smiles at the viewer while holding a mug with both hands that says "I love you like I love coffee", but the text is partially obscured by one of her hands, making it look more like "I love you like I love EE".
Painted by Jasmint with Krita.

A painting of a scene out on a hill with a large tree, featuring a large group of ArtFight characters (31 total) with some in the background posing and in the foreground drawing the other characters.
In the foreground are three characters - the artists - who will draw everyone else in the scene in order to let them leave this parallel world they have been sucked into unwittingly.
In the middle and background are characters posing to be drawn, with some floating in the air, and others sitting or lying down.
This appears to take place early in the day, as most of the colours are still cool.

Painted by Jasmint with Krita for Artfight 2026 as part of Team Mystery. The character interactions are described in detail in the linked Art Fight post, as the character count exceeds what is allowed on Bluesky.

A painting of @bignaenae69.bsky.social 's original character Mercedez Mercari. In the foreground is a large ghost who comes right up to the camera with huge empty eyes and a big mouth, putting its hands on the lens/frame itself in an attempt to check you, the viewer, out.
Behind the ghost is Mercari herself, who looks in the direction of the ghost with a menacing expression. She is lit from below to emphasise the feeling of danger. A light trail comes from her eyes, showing that she is moving at a scarily fast speed (hopefully not towards you). She holds her hand up as though ready to grab something with her long, sharp nails.
In the background are two small ghosts: one at the bottom left corner holding onto Mercari's hair that glows very faintly, and the other surfing on a ghost surfboard towards the top of the frame on a lock of her hair shaped like a wave.

Painted by Jasmint with Krita for naenae's "Draw this in your style" birthday event.

A painting of @kiraelric.bsky.social 's character Sitriini Sinfonia and @expressionbean.bsky.social 's character Violet Tuulta having a godfather and son jam session on top of a lake sometime in the afternoon. Sinfonia plays the (unconnected) electric violin with a carbon fibre bow, with his left hand pressing the G note on the fretboard, and right hand bowing the E string. He focuses on pressing down on the right notes with his left hand while smiling faintly.
Tuulta beams brightly while playing air guitar using his trusty spear, with the blade pointing upside down in a way that resembles the body of a guitar. His right hand hovers in the air slightly below the spear, pinching his thumb and index finger as though holding a guitar pick.
In the background is the vast sky with sweeping clouds, and foreground a few rocks. The characters are reflected on the water surface.

A painting of @jotari131.bsky.social 's characters Gaster and Chara, who are from their Deltarune alternate universe.
Gaster stands at the front with a neutral expression on his face, and one of his eyes glows as though he's about to use his power.
In the back is Chara and their souls together. Chara floats at his back with her hands on his shoulders, with a mischievous look on her face as she looks at the viewer. Her ghostly tail curls slightly upwards, and where she touches Gaster, she gains more opacity (but still not 100%).
The background is an abstract mix of cyan and dark muted blue, with some bright green stars scattered near the top.

A painting of @raspberrymilkshake.bsky.social 's original character Aishe and her mech. Aishe stands on the left side with her sword drawn and pointing at the viewer, while her mech stands menacingly in the background at a distance in the fog with its sword drawn and on its shoulder. Its left eye glows red.
Around the painting and in the background is a dark smoke/fog effect, imitating the fog of war effects that are frequently seen in real time strategy games.

Painted by Jasmint with Krita for ArtFight 2026 as part of Team Mystery.

A painting of ArtFight user MoistCrumpet's character Arden casting a powerful ice and lightning spell of some sort. Arden stands confidently in a tunnel with a wet and icy floor, looking directly at his staff without worrying about the brightness (as he is blind). The spell seems powerful enough to at least severely injure someone, and at most, compromise the structure of the tunnel.

A digital painting of three characters holding mugs containing tea against a white backgrond, with one holding a teacup and saucer, smiling at you to encourage you to drink water.
On the left is xevionart's (Instagram) persona, an android elf. She is the one holding the purple teacup containing chamomile tea, and saucer in a fashionable way.
In the middle is jasmimi, my Final Fantasy 11 character (and sort of persona). She holds a giant white mug containing Windurst green tea. She is only 70 centimetres tall, so she is standing on a box to be in the frame.
On the right is rain_cupid's persona (Instagram), a blue-skinned merfolk with blue hair. He holds a bright yellow mug that has a tired face printed on it, and the mug contains black tea.
Xevion and Rain Cupid can both be found on Instagram, which is linked in their ArtFight profiles accessible via the attack link.

Final Fantasy 14 Warrior of Light Icypole Baguette (paladin male elezen with silver hair) holds a bouquet of roses and lilies made of ice.
He looks down at the bouquet in his hands with a wistful, mysterious expression in his face, his eyelids partially closed, which could be mistaken for closed eyes when seen from afar.
The background is a dark blue abstract background. Fog emanates from the icy bouquet, and flakes of ice fly around in the wind.

A portrait painting of Haurchefant from Final Fantasy 14. The pose resembles the old "dat ass" meme from 2009, as Haurchefant bites his lower lip while wearing sunglasses, looking down at something.
The background is a simple light yellow hue with shades of blue flying out diagonally, like a water splash.
Painted by Jasmint with Krita.

A painting of a landscape featuring a waterfall, lake, lily pads and white water lilies in the foreground. In the background is a mountain range at the top of the waterfall. Pink flower petals flutter in the breeze.
On the lily pads is a squatting spring fairy with long green and blue hair, wearing a dark blue tracksuit and jacket set resembling that of a Russian gopnik. Her wings are translucent, resembling that of a butterfly. She has green eyes with dark blue mascara, eyeshadow and lipstick, and is making a a menacing expression at the viewer typically associated with gangsters. Her left hand is making a rock-on sign, while the other hand holds a blossoming yellow flower branch.
Painted by Jasmint with Krita.

A painted portrait of a woman made of snow with icicle hair. Her arms are crossed in such a way that they showcase the flowers growing out of her chest in a protective manner, rather than in a typical self-soothing manner.
The flowers chosen were ones that bloom when the snow first begins to melt: aconites, crocus, and snowdrops. There is a warm orange light emanating from the flowers.
The woman looks down at the flowers expressionlessly while a water droplet falls from one of her hair icicles.
Painted in 2025 by Jasmint in Krita (first time using the Memileo brushes).

An artwork featuring two original characters: Kai the Aasimaar with long brown hair and red eyes, and Max the albino seagull.
Kai stares dejectedly, leaning on the wooden counter clutching his head with his left hand, as he watches his hard work ruined by the chaotic seagull. Warm light streams through the window, indicating the time is around sunset.
On the counter is a plate of destroyed cookies, and a mostly complete gingerbread house on a small white platform, where Max sticks his head into a circular opening to see what's inside. His tophat has fallen to the side as a result.
In the background against the blue walls is a poorly decorated Christmas tree, with lights and a stream of silver tinsel haphazardly thrown onto it.

Thank you for hosting this artshare Cosmic, and thank you @queenraccoon85.bsky.social for the tag!! 💖 Hi, I'm jasmint. I paint stuff, mainly portraits and fan art! We halfway through the year yay :D

Alphinaud from Final Fantasy 14 hands you a glass of water with a smile on his face and the other hand on his hip. He looks at you intently, wanting you to accept the glass.
A skeleton stares back at you in the reflection...

Slightly late birthday gift for @arsdaemonum.co , featuring their beautiful Mithra Resaae and of course, Dragon'lanaut!! :D (I must confess tho, I don't really know how to dragons 🫠 haha) Hope you like it!! 💖 #art #ffxi #jastxart #giftart

A shaded sketch of @arsdaemonum.co 's Final Fantasy 11 Mithra character Resaae, and their dragonised version of Kam'lanaut.
Resaae gently strokes dragon Kam'lanaut's face while looking at the viewer defiantly, and Kam'lanaut looks at Resaae with delight while leaning his head on her shoulder.

Artists, QRP with your first ever picture of your OC and the most recent one. Kai and Max lol (2019 vs 2025)

A painting of Kai and Max standing in a grey background. Kai stands with his left hand on his hip and his whip in his right hand coiled up. His Aasimaar wings are also visible.
Max stands on Kai's shoulder wearing a tophat and bowtie with a serious expression.
