Jason Neal @jase313.bsky.social · 17/02/2025Once again, from the "not easily triggered" crowd that values "rugged individualism." Like Moore, I'm not sure why the hell a children's book with a message of self-acceptance would be so controversial as to merit being banned from DoD schools. But I have a few guesses. variety.com/2025/film/ne...variety.comJulianne Moore in ‘Great Shock’ After Donald Trump Bans Her Children’s Book ‘Freckleface Strawberry’ From Schools: ‘I Can’t Help But Wonder What Is So Controversial’The Trump Administration has banned Julianne Moore's 2007 children's book 'Freckleface Strawberry' from schools operated by the Department of Defense. 120
Jason Neal @jase313.bsky.social · 15/02/2025As some of you know, I got back into drawing about a year ago. Back in August, some months before joining this platform, I finished this one, which is supposed to portray Taylor Swift with Valhalla burning in the background. Jason Neal @jase313.bsky.social · 08/02/2025OH, HELL NO! Jason Neal @jase313.bsky.social · 05/02/2025Now that anti-woke is fast becoming the law of the land, it's time to go back to old-fashioned values. And that includes old-fashioned movies, like this classic from 80 years ago. www.youtube.com/watch?v=waEc...youtube.comCasablanca | Cinema AntifaYouTube video by KyleKallgrenBHH 100
Jason Neal @jase313.bsky.social · 05/02/2025Not to make light of everything that's been happening the past two weeks. But it's hard for me to shake the image of a clown car where they literally are passing around the steering wheel. And said clown car happens to be a Durango 95. 000
Jason Neal @jase313.bsky.social · 02/02/2025This 1970s SciFi futurist concept, apparently a rough draft of a poster with the enigmatic title "Code Orange," appears to be one of the many prospective dystopian movies of the period that never got past the stage of conception. 100
