Thinking recently about how the internet became real life in the food world before anything else. So many early blogs were for recipes and restaurants, then SEO became make or break.

Baking TL cleanse… made these mini bika ambon from Christopher Tan’s most recent book. They came out way better than I expected and I FINALLY got tunnels!!

Informally, this sandwich has (obviously) been invented in parallel in the US and called different stuff, like the “hotdurger.” I can’t believe I had to type that word with my human hands.
