Make a personal website. It can be really simple! Do it for free at neocities.org! But have one of your very own that no one else controls. And start a newsletter. Make sure the service allows you to export and move your subscribers. Okay, now you have some independence and options.

Ironically, I think the fatal flaw in the Antigonid system is simply, "Macedonia is adjacent to Greece." Not even the Romans really pull meaningful military resources or manpower out of Greece. The Antigonids are forced by geography to pour resources into a region that is always a net-cost.

Sweetie 💕🌸 @ohsweetsweetie.bsky.social · 30/11/2024

💕I'm Sweetie! I like drawing and 3D modeling!💕 Email: ohsweetsweetie@gmail.com Commissions: ohsweetsweetie.carrd.co Instagram: www.instagram.com/ohsweetsweetie Tumblr: ohsweetsweetie.tumblr.com

This is a picture of Sweetie's Pokemon OC: the Kalos region Queen of Pop Sophie Lowell. She's a busty white woman with swirly pink bangs and long, wavy white hair and teal eyes. She's wearing a short pink A-line dress that fades to black at the bottom with white lace on the bodice with white leather covering her bust sweetheart style and three pink to black gathered chiffon tails attached to the back. Her black heels have silver spikes jutting from the back. In her left hand at her side is a microphone. Her right is raised up to the sky. She's being backlit by a spotlight on stage. The background is so dark that the only audience looks like a sea of colorful lights.

A happy nine-tailed fox alternate universe Hua Cheng embracing a flustered Xie Lian from Heaven Official's Blessing. They're behind two billowing red curtains and are lit from above. Behind them are Hua Cheng's nine fluffy fox tails. Hua Cheng sports two fluffy fox ears and his hands darken to black at the fingers with long black claws on each end. Their appearances are otherwise the same as canon.

A 3D model of Sweetie's autognome OC Cerelia Aeon with her right hand on her hip, the left hand up and flashing an upside down peace sign with a cute smile. Her body is made of silvery metal while her two giant pigtails, eyes and eyelashes, and neck are copper with her hair having silver accents. Her hair ornaments are gold with copper accents. Her top is beige with ruffles at the chest hem and huge billowing sleeves that cinch at the lower arms. Her bloomers are the same color and very puffy. She's wearing a teal overdress that opens at the bottom to show off her bloomers and legs. The edges are gold with a thick bordered of dark teal and darker teal hatch marks. The top part of the overdress is corset style. She's also wearing brown leather gloves and brown thigh high leather boots with gold toe covers.

i will also die angry at the genAI crowd for deliberately causing the general public to conflate the ocean-boiling plagiarism machine with USEFUL forms of machine learning, like that wildfire early-detection system they're using around Kelowna now

My review of Gladiator II (2024) is now up at @foreignpolicy.com ! I confess I didn't much like the film. As history, its nonsense, but we knew it would be. But its also weak as a movie, reenacting its better predecessor rather than telling a new story. foreignpolicy.com/2024/11/26/g...

My compliments to the special effects team. Everyone else, see me after class.

Ok, this is legitimately such a succinct and to the point description of what I think the core weakness of the Ptolemaic and Seleucid kingdoms was that I'm a bit embarrassed not to have come up with someone so sharply to the point.
