I actually managed to lose ~20lbs last summer, and now that I know I'm Insulin Resistant (and getting medicated!) it should be easier to lose weight, and keep it off.

Last year i kept running into the same issue where I'd wanna pad up, then go "ugh thats such a commitment not rn" and then just never pad up, cause i get all annoyed at the tapes and i feel like I'm wasting' them when i can't fully soak them and have to change into normal underwear for social stuff.

Oh yeah, I should probably post some sort of resolutions list so all -5 people who are aware of my existence can keep me accountable! 1.) Try to wear more often. At least something thin nightly 2.) actually, genuinely try to lose weight (and keep it off this time) 3.) Consistent Hypno Consumption
