For my birthday I managed a trip to my favourite sci fi book store and picked that one up. After quitting Marvel Snap cold turkey I managed to finish reading a book and I really like this one. ( @maudwoolf.bsky.social‬ )

The sci fi book "13 ways to killy Lulabelle Rock" by Maud Woolf

I present to you : "The Fermi Paradox" 🧑🍆☢️🐬 fermi-paradox.com

"New positive review
> pretty normal galaxy > digital age Earth populated by humans > everyone gets addicted to p*rn > p*rn becomes a huge industry > p*rn megacorporations become dominant over the economy > the p*rn megacorporations militarize and become private military contractors more powerful than governments > earth is carved up by rival p*rn megacorporations > rival p*rn megacorporations set up surveillance states and implant people with brain chips > they go to war with each other > weapons of mass destruction are used freely on civilian populations > billions of casualties > the land is still > dolphins, unmolested by humans, spread throughout the oceans and evolve > years pass > the dolphins peacefully progress through the development of technology > dolphins unite in a high-tech democratic and egalitarian post-scarcity society > dolphins construct parallax ansible network connecting the galaxy > universal flourishing of all sentient life 10/10 game UI needs some work but it's

I am reworking the flare system of our Fermi Paradox game for the upcoming 0.71 update steamcommunity.com/app/1543150/...

In the next update we are reworking the flare system.

Additional to the regular flares a "Special Flare" is added that increases or decreases one specific civilization value

In contrast to the old flares this "Special Flare" is for this turn always the same for all civilizations.

So in the example case on the picture I could move to a civilization that needs harm reduction and choose this flare.

Of course this is much more powerful then the old flare system so the Special Flares will cost 1 Synthesis,
