Most intense week of my year!💀 → wrapped up 2 projects 🏁 → closed 2 new projects 💰 → 1 retainer deal still pending 🤝 → one stressful deadline ⏱️ Today for example I had 8 hours of back-to-back meetings without any breaks. I am sooo grateful and happy! 🙏 And our clients are happy as well 🥰

I had to add the ad banner to longer.blue because traffic increased and I had to start paying more for hosting and the database. I tried relying on donations, but receiving only $5 in one year is not enough.

Hey, the page should be live again. We had some server issues.

Janu @janu.lol · 01/02/2026

I probably have to reconnect it

Janu @janu.lol · 03/01/2026

Thanks for mentioning me :) I like the tool but not many people are donating (which is okay!)

I really use the hell out of this app by @janu.lol An unobtrusive message at the bottom of the opening logged-in screen (only) to support his work: “This is a free tool. If you find it useful, please consider a donation to keep it alive! 💙 You can find the coffee icon in the bottom right corner.”

Full transparency: I joined the founder so I am co-owner. And we do what we promise. You submit your site to 100 (non-spammy) websites and get you backlinks. And it works. Can take 1-3 months until google indexes the backlinks but it helps with ranking and traffic

Danke dir, Sandra! Ich hatte schon überlegt den Code öffentlich zu machen, damit jeder weiß womit er es zu tun hat. Ich hab leider nicht die Zeit aktiv daran weiterzuarbeiten.

Yep! There is no 2FA

Yes, I agree. I should have used their own auth gateway but I built it mainly for myself in the beginning and then made it public. I don't save any auth data. It's only in your browser.

I built it. If you have any questions, let me know. I am not maintaining it actively. I built it and sometimes when people ask me for help, I help them

I JUST BOUGHT featherflow.com for $1250!! 🥰 Initially he asked for $5k. I waited. I negotiated. Him: $5k → Me: $800 → Him: $2.5k → Me: $1.2k → Him: $1,250. Deal. Now it’s mine. No more ugly hyphen. No more “Feather Flow” confusion. Just a clean, beautiful domain… and $3,750 still in my pocket.

A friend @janu.lol turned 29 a few days ago, and it made me think of sharing the lessons he’s learned on his entrepreneurial journey. He has achieved so much at a young age, and I believe that the best is yet to come with his determination. Go Janu! 🤘😎 Original: www.youtube.com/shorts/1ioqV...

Entrepreneurship is about planting seeds. That's something I learnt recently. You try things. You build projects. You send messages. You network. You put your ideas into the world. Each one is a seed. Sometimes you plant a big, expensive .... Read more: longer.blue/posts/1HRcu4...

Many solo devs make ~$1k–$50k/month selling boilerplates. But not many know how to build them properly. @janu.lol shared several key factors for creating an outstanding boilerplate. You can watch the full YouTube interview here: youtu.be/7mYRGe281z4

Pro: We can focus on one thing: Building. We learn a lot and always good cashflow. Cons: We don't have any ownership about the things we build. We don't build any real assets. Thank you, Rozz! :)

I don't talk much about my agency, FeatherFlow, these days. My goal: Hit a $30k-40k/month (not MRR) before the end of June 😳 And right now… it’s actually looking possible 🥹 Read more: longer.blue/posts/yeuEnK...
