Most job seekers don't know this trick exists. You can find visa-sponsored jobs on LinkedIn without ever touching LinkedIn's search. Instead, use Google search string like this: site:linkedin.com/jobs/view/ "visa sponsorship available" "Your Job Title" That's it. Google does the heavy lifting.

LinkedIn advice be like: “Optimize your headline.” “Fix your banner.” “Comment strategically.” “Build your personal brand” All valid. But sometimes the real breakthrough comes from something less glamorous: Doing your job well. Being reliable. The algorithm is powerful. But reputation still wins.
