De oplossing is zelden eenvoudig. De Inspectie adviseert verbeteringen per organisatie en in de ketensamenwerking door te voeren; voorstellen binnen 6 weken. Goede en tijdige informatieuitwisseling is essentieel op het niveau van professionals zoals aanbevolen, maar óók voor de keten op zichzelf.
